What's your favorite for spare ribs?

    I have been using the exact same rub on my ribs and spatchcock chicken and have really enjoyed it.

    Try fresh cracked pepper and sea salt .... I tried a rack of it last week and my family loved it.... great flavor.. and a nice change if you do alot of ribs with brown suger rubs.
