Here is my take on steak on my BGE.  Steak is a heated topic with various opinions on preparation, all the way to temperature and safety.  With that said, this is a video on how I prepare MY steaks.  Please keep comments respectful and constructive as I recognize that we all have our own personal preferences on our steak tastes.
