I made this last week -- it is my favorite pizza topping combination so far.

Pepperoni, Chorizo, Pancetta, Pesto, Gruyère, Goat Cheese, Sun-dried tomatoes, and Basil.

    I like your topping selections.  Is that just standard basil pesto with pine nuts, garlic, parm. and evoo?

    It is -- I brushed it on the crust before adding the shredded cheese and other toppings.  I love the flavor it adds.

    I DO!  Especially paired with goat cheese & pancetta/bacon.  There is just something about that combo... I should really branch out & explore more options tho, shouldn't I. ;)

    hahaha!  Thankfully, I inherited good genes!  My blood work always comes back with perfect scores & that really pisses-off my "healthy-eating" friends.   :))

    That looks great! How hot? We just killed one. Sun dried tomato, grilled onions, grilled mushrooms, capers, black olives, moz, with basil and oregano. Haven't ordered a pizza since we got the Egg!
