Low and slow beef question

What would be a good cut for low and slow on a medium BGE? Whole packers are too big for my egg. While I'm well versed in almost any cut and cooking method for steak, low and slow beef is new to me.

Also, has anyone ever done a grass-fed brisket cook?

Chuck roast if you want to pull it.  Take it to 205 or so.
