looking for suggestions on recipes to include maple syrup, apple cider, cheese, etc. I have some ideas but would love some ideas from some of the greatest chefs in the world, the B.G.E. men & woman. I'm thinking like a rabbit stew, moose meatloaf, and bear medallions that may reflect my green mountain boy heritage. I am open to any suggestions. Thanx
