Did my first batch of wings on the egg along with a few ATB's & a few bacon wrapped Scallops. Gave the wings a good sprinkle of Dizzy Dust 400 indirect flipped them about 25 minutes in other 20 minutes then tossed them with a mix of Sweet Baby Ray & Franks Red hot Buffalo wing sauce and back on the grill for a couple of minutes each side. WOW! were this good just the right amount of heat with the Franks ( I think the wife ate 20 of them lol). As for the ATB's left over hot Italian sausage cut into 1/4 left the Jala's whole just cleaned them out, mix of cream and grated cheddar awsome. The scallops DD and bacon good but lacked in flavor a bit, I'll have to try something else with them next time. Sorry forgot to take pics of the scallops
