Well folks, Thought I'd try something a bit different last night....
I used a curry recipe that I've used once before (Butter, honey, curry powder, salt, pepper), and tried smoking it with apple wood chips.
Turned out quite tasty, but the smoke totally overwhelmed the curry - next time I need to try a different curry, or alot less wood.... something to up the curry/down the smoke.
I've found that this is my new favorite way to get the Egg going:
