Pork Loin Chops with Asparagus and Rice
Quick and easy - Pork loin chops with Montreal rub. Asparagus marinated with EVOO, lemon juice, minced garlic, and rosemary. Cooked on raised grid at 400 degree dome temp. Turned chops and asparagus every 5 minutes until chops at 170 degrees.
