Got my PartyQ - Now What???

Hey everyone, just curious what some of the best practices are with the PartyQ or any other blower system for that matter.

1. When would I actually connect the PartyQ to the BGE? I'm assuming after the egg has been lit and close to operating temperature?

2. Where is the best place to connect the probe clip? Near the middle of the grate?

Any other tips to be aware of?
