Got back in town late and looked through fridge for something to egg. Came up with chicken, veggies, and pineapple. I bought this chicken at the end of the week on sale. Boneless/skinless that were really thin so thought I would give them a try. Cooked the whole pack and will use the rest in tacos tomorrow night. Threw a little Dizzy Dust on the chicken to give it a kick. Sliced the pineapple into disks and did the same with the veggies. All grilled raised direct. Nothing fancy tonight, but another successful cook on the BGE....

    Looks great.  What temperature and for about how long?

    Went with 400 dome and did not really time them. I typically jut go to 160 internal on breast but these things were really thin and couldn't probe them. Chicken was probably only on 10 minutes total. Veggies and pineapple maybe 20.
