Lovely bit of lamb

After seeing a recent post about egged rack of lamb, I knew I'd have to try it, and happy days!!! cut some slits and put on some salt flakes, fresh ground black pepper a little dried rosemary, and seared low in the egg, raised the grid and cooked with a few pecan chips at about 450 for around 18mins for a 145 internal. It's definately a keeper..
