I am planning to try the turbo method with about an 8 pound bone in butt on a medium egg. I will use hickory chunks (with maybe a little apple).  About how much wood would you recommend?  This will be my first butt on the egg, although I have cooked many on Weber bullets and kettles.

I used a couple of chunks pecan.
Salado TX Egg Family: 2 Large and a very well used Mini, just added a Mini Max (I'm good for now).
