Country Ribs

Any idea about how long country ribs would take at 250-275? How about what temp to cook them to?

I never measure temp, usually go 3-4 hrs. At 270 or so.thebearditspeaks.com. Go there. I write it.

Did about 4 hrs at 260. Last 15min each side with bone sucking sauce. Very good. Used a little peach wood also. Would do again for sure.George
