Pork Tenderloin

I travel for a living. I marinated pork tenderloins on Tuesday and plan on cooking tomorrow night. The sell by date was 3-3-2012. I don't think there will be any problems. Just wondering yalls thoughts?

    Smoke them and eat them.  Wash down with something cold and frosty.

  • No problem. Go there. I write it.
  • I don't like the texture of meat marinated for that long, but as far as a safety issue, you're fine.
  • Smell them,Like in an earliar post. If it has a taint smell-tossit. IMHO
