    Poor mans prime rib. Triangle shaped cut from the bottom of the sirloin like billyray said - Used for years as stew meat or ground for burgers until some rancher in southern cal discovered how good it is seared, cooked slow over oak wood and sliced against the grain. (although I cook mine with the sear at the end) Its harder to find the farther east you get but if you can find it try it!
