I've already done 2 butts on super bowl Sunday that turned out great. Now my neighbor walks over hands me a 2 1/2lb flat and says let's throw this on the EGG.... No problem, I just would like to get a few tips. I already have Dizzy Pig rub. Just curious how long this thing might take. 250 grate? 190-200 internal temp? Any help greatly appreciated....

Yes on both temps. Do the dork test once you get aroun 190. Wen it's like butta, it's ready.thebearditspeaks.com. Go there. I write it.

I usually figure 1 hour 45 minutes per pound. Always turns out great for me using that time.
