I'm getting ready to throw 4 slabs of St. Louis Ribs on the BGE... I have the egg at 225, but I'm reading alot of you cook at higher temps.

should I bump it to 250?

This is my first cook since BGE replaced my egg and I'll cook all night if need be!

Thanks in advance for the advice...
