Ok Thanks to Tweev-tip..  ^:)^ ^:)^ ^:)^
The burgers were a hit. Egg temp was @ 450 and we pulled the burgers @ 135. Just a hint of pink. That fifth taste was very nice. Used the Thermopen to monitor the temps. It worked great. Officially cooking by temp and not time. Thanks guys and gals.
Mushrooms, bacon, onions, tomatoes, pickles,cheese, lettuce all took part in making this a tasty meal. Can't wait to have guests over for this meal. Any Newbie should give this meal a shot this weekend.
