    Being new, I was wondering why you put the chicken in a loaf pan?  Does it keep more juices in or something?  I bet it tasted great!

  • I just followed the recipe, which said the loaf pan is a less gimmicky version of a beer can chicken. Never had a BCC before and now probably never will. This was incredible.

    Coming from someone who has done many many BCC's and has only recently had an Egg, I will never do a BCC agian. Try a spatchcoked bird and never look back.
    Be careful, man! I've got a beverage here.
