Really enjoying the Lg BGE I got for Christmas. My wife hasn't cooked in a week! So far I've been doing simple dishes to get used to the BGE. My previous experiences have been with off-set smokers. Today doing two 3lb rib roast. It pretty windy out but I don't think that matters with this cooker. But, if anyone has suggestions for me, I'm listening. I LOVE THIS THING!!!!

Did an 11lb bone in prime rib foe Christmas with a reverse sear and in came out perfect. Even had a little for leftovers.

It's about 40 degrees with a steady 20mph wind right now. The BGE chugging along nicely and holding steady temp of 300. Decided to keep this cook fairy simple due to time constraints. Seasoned with some kosher salt and pepper and just letting it roast/smoke. Small chunk of hickory mixed in the lump.ScooterMid TN. Hangin' in the 'Boro. MIM Judge
