First Pork Shoulder

Since getting my egg in November, I have smoked a brisket, turkey, and a couple of whole chickens.  It is now time to do a pork shoulder.  I used John Henry's all purpose rub; didn't want to go crazy on the first one.  I threw in a couple of Pecan chunks, set the egg to 250, and we are off.
