I have two 7.5 lbs turkey breast to cook tommor. no Smoke with plate setter in tack and a drip pan. Suggestions on temp and time .....please

I am doing same. Platesetter legs up. 325 - 350. Allow about 90 minutes. Pull at 160.

15-20min per pound is more like it if you are roasting at 325 to 350.
