I just posted this link: http://www.homebrewchef.com/ in another thread, but with the holidays upon us I thought I would just re-share it with everyone. Chef Sean Paxton is highly regarded as a chef and especially as a chef that focuses in using beer in his recipes. Under the recipe section you can find a couple different beer brines and a great recipe for a chocolate ancho chili rub for brisket. 

Besides being a huge BGE fan, I am also a huge beer geek! I've cooked several of his recipes and they are great. Good luck and I hope someone finds this useful.
