It's my turn to cook thanksgiving dinner this year and want to showoff how awesome the EGG is....which is the best way to cook it?

Everybody seems to love the Mad Max method. I have not personally tried it. You could spatchcock it. The only way I have done one is like a beer can chicken (use Fosters beer can), cook indirect at 350 with some cherry wood chips. Also injected with Tony Cachere's Cajun Injection.

If looking for simple and great tasting, try spatchcock turkey. Indirect around 350*F for about 12 mins/#.
