Does anyone have a tip or two on organizing accessories such as plate setter, pizza stone, rib racks, and additional racks?

easiest if can store in the cooker, then only have to worry about it when cooking.

I picked up a Suncast three drawer resin cabinet. Weatherproof, plenty of storage space. I got mine from Home Depot for about 70 bucks.

Here's the unit at Amazon, although more expensive. You might want to shop around:

Platesetter and grate storage in the bin on the left.  Racks, drip pans, wok and stones in the cabinet and utensils, etc in the drawers.

    Ask for Tim

I picked mine up in July of 2010 for $950.00 plus shipping from Hannibal, MO.  I did a ton of research and you won't find a better 304 stainless table for the money.  I'm sure the price is a little higher due to steel price increases over the last year and a half.  Tim also makes several other styles, for two eggs etc.
