Anyone have an idea how many people a pork shoulder will serve per pound ?

    Options
    Most servings are about 4 oz. on a bun. Easy math ... 4 to the pound. Don't forget your cooked weight will be a lot less, so make sure you have enough.
    Never eat anything passed through a window unless you're a seagull ... BGE Lg.
