I bought a pre stuffed chicken at a country meat market last week, and cooked it last night. Oh man, it was great !!!! I put some John Henry Apple Chipotle rub on it and cooked indirect at 350. Fantastic. If I ever learn how to debone a chicken, I'll stuff it myself. In the meantime, there will be trips to the Bellville Meat Market.
