Steak again....ho hum.  It was 4 bone in rib eyes.  I just seared in pairs due to size.

    Nothing boring about ribeyes!  
     
    I did a few portobello mushroom caps, marinated in italian dressing, on my Small tonight; they didn't suck.
     
    EDIT:  What size Egg are you using?  Those must've been some pretty honkin' ribeyes.

  • Yes, Boring for pic's but so good!!!! I could do it 5 time a week easy. It was NY' s for us tonight.  Hy's, Chop House, Ruth Crisps? Ha Ha Ha.

    The daughter, SIL, and two grands came to dinner tonight for "sunday night steak night". Rib eyes were awesome with roasted vegetable pasta salad and grilled shrimp. Simple and yummy...
    Every day is a bonus day and every meal is a banquet in Winter Springs, Fl !

    On a Large down low on a 13" CI.  Yes, they were huge.  I couldn't resist.  Went to Fresh Market for pork chops and they were running a sale on the Hereford bone in ribeyes at $6.99lb.  I don't normally go for the Hereford but the price was right.  They were well worth it.
