Used the quick method on a 4.5 lbs bricket flat

Rubbed and injected, then (4.5 hours total) 1.5 indirect, 3 hours in foil indirect.

Results were moist and very flavorful.

how big was the brisket? what temp? I've heard of good results with the "quick" method.

Looks really good! I am doing a brisket next weekend and am reading up on different cooking techniques.
