Ingredients

• 1 Pasta - penne or Greek Noodles• 1 tsp Cinnamon
• 1 lb Ground beef or lamb• 4 Tbs Butter
• 2 Chopped Onions• 4 Tbs Flour
• 3 Clove Garlic - minced• 2 Cup Milk
• 1 can Whole tomatoes drained and chopped• 4 Tbs Parmesan cheese
• 1 tsp Oregano• 6 Oz Feta cheese crumbled
• 1 tsp Basil• 3 Eggs
• 1 tsp Allspice

Instructions

1. Prepare the sauce first:
Melt butter in medium sause pan, add the flour to form paste. Add the mild and heat at medium stirring constantly until mixture thickens. When thick, add parmesan and crumbed feta and stir until melted. LET THE MIXTURE COOL COMPLETELY BEFORE ADDING THE BEATEN EGGS.

Brown the meat with the chopped onions and garlic. Add the spices and the drained tomatoes. Let the sauce simmer about 30 minutes. Mix in the cooked pasta and put in a baking pan.
Pour the sauce over the meat and pasta.
Bake 45 minutes on a 350 degree egg.
