We hope you all got to celebrate those tasty food holidays last week, we sure enjoyed them! We are even more excited about the beginning of fall, for so many reasons, but mainly for experiencing the cool, crisp air while being outside cooking up the best recipes the season has to offer. Ultimate BBQ Shrimp +

Ingredients

• Jumbo Shrimp
• Crab Meat strips
• Bacon Slices
• Favorite BBQ Sauce

Instructions

Partially pre-cook bacon strips. Wrap the bacon around a Jumbo Shrimp and a strip of crab meat (use real if you can, if not the imitation crab is fine). Secure with a toothpick.

Cook on the green egg at 400F (with your favorite smoking chips) for 2 minutes on each side (or until the bacon gets crunchy). Brush with your favorite BBQ sauce (I found I like a sweet sauce) and grill for an additional 1 minute.

Notes

This recipe can also be enjoyed without BBQ sauce, but rather a cheese sauce drizzled over the shrimp. Enjoy.
