Jamaican Jerk Rub

• 1 Tbs Cayenne Pepper• 2 tspCoarse Black Pepper
• 1 Tbs Onion Powder• 2 tspAllspice (whole)
• 1 Tbs Onion Flakes• 2 tspCinnamon
• 1/3 Cup Dried Chives• 2 tspCoriander
• 1 Tbs Garlic Powder• 1 TbsGinger
• 1 Tbs Thyme• &#189 tspNutmeg
• 1 Tbs Light Brown Sugar• &#189 tspCloves (whole)
• 1 Tbs Sea Salt

InstructionsPlace all ingredients in blender.
Blend until fine powder.
For more authenic Jamaican &#034Heat&#034 add more Cayenne Pepper, Red Pepper Flakes, or Scotch Bonnet Pepper Powder.Rub or brush chicken or pork with olive oil.
Rub with above Jamaican Jerk Rub.
Place in zip lock bag in refrigerator for 24 hours.NotesNumber of Servings: Time to Prepare:
