Ingredients

• 1 &#189 Cup Soy sauce
• 3 Tbs Sugar
• 3 Clove Garlic
• 4 Tbs Sesame Seeds
• Onion Greens
• Crushed Red Pepper

Instructions

Mix
- soy sauce
- starting with a small amount (3 tbs) stir in sugar until the soy sauce starts to thicken and is sweet to taste
- crush the garlic
- mash the sesame seeds
- dice three or four chives into small pieces
- add crushed red pepper to taste

You can use this as a marinade or a dipping sauce

Notes

- getting the right mixture of soy sauce to sugar can be tricky, if it get's too sweet just add more soy sauce
- it's important to really mash the sesame seeds good to get the flavor
