So that's what we had......................Fired up the Mini, indirect w/pizza stone, 380* Dome until they were just nice & tender.............Corn Tortillas, EVOO, Yellow Cheese, Ham, One Carnivore BBQ S & P , One Catsup S & P, One just S & P.They were DELICIOUS.

Gosh just realized that sunlit lady's still there :laugh:

JoJo the trick is only to cut the tortilla in 3 equidistant radious lines but keeping the tortilla center (about the diameter of the base of the cupcake) uncut.
