Well I also made a Tri-tip for dinner on Wednesday night. I've never had Tri-tip nor heard of it before frequenting the forum, but it now will be added to the repertoire! I also followed the Santa Maria recipe and couldn't think of a better way to serve it! Delicious!
I was drooling too much to take the time to take pictures of it sliced. My wife, who doesn't care for any steak other than filet mignon, loved it! Great steak! Great Recipe! Thanks forum for the idea and "know-how!"
