Baby backs and stuffed boneless wings w/pics

My wife requested an old pre-egg recipe. The recipe is baby backs w/sauerkraut and apples. I smoked the ribs at 250 for 1 1/2 hours with apple. Next, I covered the ribs w/kraut and granny smith apples, foiled and cooked another hour @ 300.

Dusted with either Swamp venom or tsunami spin. To quote the philosopher, thinker and poet, William H.
