Reference the earlier Comment/Opinion thread, who has tried High-Cue's replacement nomex gasket, with the adhesive backing?
Opinions or comments?
Many thanks!

I have one on my medium for about 2 months and love it. It was very easy to install and has held up well. I have done low and slow and several high temp cooks. Steak, pizza, burgers, it's showing no sign of wear other than some grease stains.
