Did the CWM ribs yesterday so big bird today so I'll have lunches for a few days. This time I made sure I got all the smoking wood out from yesterdays rib cook. :blush:

Smells great and skin is crispy. I'll be cutting into it in a few minutes

    Mickey, just shaken the tree, rosemary and a little celery salt. Don't ask why on the celery it just smelled good at the time :laugh:

    Well,, it was American grown :laugh: Funny, I'm not a everything you buy has to be made in America but when it comes to the flag yes,,, had to make 3 stops to find one :ohmy:
