I used Little Chef Pork Roulade for my Father's Day cook.

The RAW
No STRINGS attach...
Sorry about the focus, here. I was a bit disappointed after opening the pack and cutting the strings but it work for the best, much easier to manage. Two small one is easier and more flexibility than a huge one!

Cut into butterfly. Easier than expected and I still have all my fingers. I do not have any pictures of the finish product with stuffing, guests started to arrive and got busy.

Photos during the cooking. Had shrimps as appetizers. Both were basically the same, The one on the left had a full wrap in bacon while the one on the right had provolone cheese and only few piece of bacon to seal the roll.
NO pictures of the final product plated, it got too busy for me to take photos but I have to admit, I forgot the camera in the house and was focusing on the guests and the meal. Everyone enjoyed their meal.
Thanks to Little Chef for posting the recipe and everyone else who had a roulade post. Tonight having the last leftovers!
Will do it again!
