My beautiful bride of 7 years is expecting our 2nd child in two weeks. A little girl! We are anticipating craziness after the birth so I decided to load up the freezer with some meals to cut down on the stress after her arrival...Today I made 2 beer can chicken and cut into quarters, a turkey cut into quarters, 3 pans of homemade lasagna (homemade pasta, Ragu, and Bechamel) Beef Stroganoff (divided into 3 containers) and 3 lbs of fresh pasta (enough for 7 meals! I also had enough bacon left over to make a round of pig candy! First time making and it was amazing! DSC08158.jpgDSC08159.jpgDSC08162.jpgDSC08160.jpgDSC08161.jpgDSC08163-1.jpgDSC08164.jpg
It was a fun day spent in the least for a foodie like me!

Congrats on the new arrival, hope everything goes well.
I raise my kids, cook and golf.  When work gets in the way I'm pissed, I'm pissed off 48 weeks a year.

You're as resourceful as a pioneer! What a great day's work.

Was your first one a girl too? I had four of them, and it is the greatest joy to have at least one little girl. You'll post a picture of her, right?

    All the best.
