Daddy's Day Rack o Lamb

I don't live near a Trader Joe's (thankfully as it would be hard on my wallet). Yesterday I was nearby one and spent more than I should have. Saw a nice rack of lamb, some fingerling potatoes, sugar snap peas, and frozen coconut shrimp (for my non-red meat eating daughter). Cooked the lamb with DP Red Eye Express, seared at 600, roasted at 425. Roasted the fingerlings at 425 with EVOO, minced garlic, thyme, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Here they are about to come off the grill.
