Spice rub throwdown-Canada vs Poland

In this corner, a new limited addition, La Grill wild whiskey seasoning

And here we have a spice blend all the way from Poland. A friend was home and brought this back for me

Both were put on chicken tenders and kept apart by a sausage border :)

Man, this stuff is excellent. I was very surprised how good it was on chicken. I think it would be even better on pork. Will have to get a pack of this down to Richard to see if he can dissect it :laugh:

    Looks like a fun test. On the Polish BBQ seasoning cover they have what looks like pork blade steaks thick cut. Go with that. ;)
