We hope you all got to celebrate those tasty food holidays last week, we sure enjoyed them! We are even more excited about the beginning of fall, for so many reasons, but mainly for experiencing the cool, crisp air while being outside cooking up the best recipes the season has to offer. Been cleaning out the freezer, to make room for more sausage and pulled pork. Still have a few shoulders out in friends freezers to cook up :laugh:

We were very happy with our first batch of sausage.
The chicken was leftover "Better than KFC", this picked up a bit of smoke...awsome

Mr Holloway was very intersted

Some tater salad and this was a great meal :)

My niece turned 9, and is right into music. I put this guitar together from parts I collected a few years ago. It actually turned out better than I expected and it is quite playable. :laugh:
Her parents hate me :evil:

For her party, they made me a crazy chef for a murder mystery. Here I am getting good and loaded before the kids show up

It's ok. I have a ton of painting for her this summer :laugh:
