I fianly found DP products and bought Dizzy Dust and Tsnami Spin (wife's choice) Thought about first use on Ribs tomorrow. Was wondering what are your favorite uses for the different rubs. I Have always used Bad Byron's on butts.

I use the regular dizzy dust on grilled chicken. It's my most popular choice. I use Jamaican firewalk on wings. Raging river on salmon. A little pineapple head sprinkled on vanilla ice cream is very good. I know, people are thinking I'm crazy but it's very tasty. Just a hint on salt with the ice cream is great.Large & MiniMax in Lexington, KY

I really like the following:
raging river on salmon
red-eye express/cowlick on steak
tsunami spin on shrimp
I just put a brisket on with the coarse grind dizzy dust. 1st time doing so.context is important -
Raging river on shrimp, pineapple head on pork loins

Shakin the Tree- good all purpose.(great on ribs)
Cow Lick - terrific with beef.
Raising the Steaks- need I say more?
Swamp Venom- my favorite Louisiana Seasoning that's got heat.
Raging River- terrific with seafood.
Red Eye Express- Exotic rich seasoning for lamb and chops
These products are high on flavors, low on salts and are a popular go-to for most of my rub and seasoning needs. Check out their website, ton's of helpful info and recipes.

Use them all but if I had to pick one it would be:
Cow lick on brisket, steaks, and chuckies for pulled beef -
Use on anything that doesn't move. DP is added to everything from salads to veggies to meat. Have also used DP in my homemade rubs. Seriously if someone gave me shoe leather to grill DP would be one of the first shakes :laugh:Large, small and mini now Egging in Rowlett Tx

I have a sweet tooth and my all time favorite Dizzy Pig is Raging River. We buy it in the two pound bags. I use it mixed with light olive oil for my salad dressing. I sprinkle it in scrambled eggs. I use it for pork chops and of course on sweet potatoes.

Tsunami Spin on wings is awesome
Raging River on Salmon (having this on some fresh Sockeye tonight)
Cow Lick on Steaks
Swamp Venom on bacon wrapped Scallops/shrimp skewers
Dizzy Dust on Butts or Ribs
Shaking the Tree on Chicken
Pineapple Head on Pineapple of all things..
etc.......
I have been so impressed by these..sometimes I have to force myself not to use DP stuff just to keep my own creativity up..
