...or maybe she loves the Ribeye's? I was dreaming of another Ribeye after the cook from Thursday’s dinner and I thought she would tell me she did not want another steak so soon but when I picked up a few monster thick Prime Ribeye's from Sam's Club and I had to ask. She surprised me and said she would enjoy one of the steaks for our Saturday dinner.We split it because it was so big. This monster was almost 2 inches thick and weighed almost 1.5lbs! I heated the mini to 625, rubbed it with EVOO, dusted it with D.P. Raising The Steaks and tossed it on for 7.5 minutes and then flipped for another 7.5 minutes. The Ribeye was at a perfect 136* and had a nice pink center the way we like. Joined with some tater rounds and squash sautéed, we had a GREAT dinner! I hope everyone else is enjoying their weekend Chillin & Grillin!

Had a similar experience with a rib eye last week.....used Cowlick. It was a steakhouse quality cook. Lookin forward to doing another nextweek.
