Hello
I picked up a couple little Ribeyes at the commissary and could not wait till Friday night to grill them. They were thin, about an inch thick but great marble. A little D.P. Raising The Steaks and some Brussels sprouts with mac & cheese made for a great Thursday dinner! Now what to do for our Friday night (celebrate the weekend is here) dinner?
