Ate great Chops on BGE. Son is big fan of chops
However my first meal was chops with dash of lawrys
(Always family favorite) and got bad smoke taste :pinch:
Dad was a little too fast on plunkin down the pork


Never seen my boy express a chop

Yes, you got to let the fire settle a bit before the cook. Or you may as well be using a gasser!!
