I need a quick cook idea.
I need to cook for 8-10 people and need it done in 2 hrs. or less.
Ideas?

First instinct for me is to say STEAK!! But what kind of meal is this going to be? Sit down at a table...plates on their laps...etc? Formal, informal...have they had food from the Egg before? Etc.

Steaks, burgers, brats, burgers and brats, chicken. Maybe a cuople of spatchcock, or chicken quarters.Which came first the chicken or the egg? I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg.

I like the tenderloin idea, with some taters.

Thanks for the ideas. I ended up somking some bacon burgers indirect (mixture of ground beef and ground bacon) for about an hour and finished them over open flame.
I served them up with roasted red peppers and sliced avacado. It was a hit.
