Thanks, CWM for your help. My wife is guiding me with posting a pic and hopefully I'll have one for tomorrow. My two brain cells are swimming as fast as they can on this. [p]Spatchcock chicken is delicious. Wonderful how something so simple can be so good. Sure made everyone happy for supper. [p]And thanks to Nature Boy for putting a spice spin on that bird. Fantastic flavor!
