Well it has been a little while since i have posted some pics and feel like i have been not keeping up my end of the bargain especially with all the good ones i enjoy seeing...everyday

so here goes...

little smoked salmon, tuned out ok. simple brine of sugar, salt and brown sugar and then just brown sugar on the top. kid of ok but not bad for first time

spatchcock...people say its juicy and o man is it ever. just great. rubbed with some oil and a rib rub from mom.

made some pastrami from around st. patty's day...great recipe on third eye's site!

last but not least some semi bone in rib eyes. made one for my cousin's husband and I. now he is convinced he needs an egg, my uncle is, and my boss picked one up today!
